Meet the Instructor
I moved to Florida from Wisconsin, where I grew up on a lake and developed a lifelong love for the water.
I am a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor with over five years of diving experience across Florida’s diverse underwater environments. My journey began with fossil diving in Venice and the Peace River, where I developed a love for discovery and adventure beneath the surface.
I started professionally in hull cleaning, working the canals and inlets along Florida’s coast, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of our marine environment. Seeking clearer waters and bigger challenges, I moved to the Florida Keys—where I expanded into wreck diving, deep diving, and spearfishing, with a focus on removing invasive lionfish to help protect our reef ecosystems.
I have a deep passion for wildlife (and its conservation), underwater photography, and anything that gets my adrenaline going. Today, I’ve certified over 300 divers and specialize in leading immersive dive experiences that combine excitement, education, and ocean conservation. Whether you're fossil hunting, exploring shipwrecks, or learning to spearfish, I’m passionate about sharing the best of Florida’s underwater world with you—safely and sustainably.
